Visibility Audit Program For Leading Printer Brand
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
- Mystery and Announced audits with high level of carefulness
- Highly trained and observing auditors on the move
- Insight Exposure to Client’s current branding conditions on their retail outlets , shelf space for product display allocation by retail to client viz a viz competition
- Incentivizing retailers who qualifies branding and product display parameters set by client
V5 APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
The approach adopted to successfully deliver the scope of work was as under:
- Evaluating printer stacking kept in the front of the store on various parameters.
- Objectively defining product display standards & branding
- Performing a check on dealer invoices verification which was part of scheme eligibility parameter.
OUTCOME/ IMPACT
- Executed surveys within stipulated timeframe along with quality as per client expectations
- Store wise rating along with pictures were provided to support survey
- Incentive amount points earned by the store on particular parameter and in total along with trend analysis on various parameters – branding visibility / shelf space allocated to Brand viz a viz completion
- Necessary actions taken as per the analysis and report given to client to enhance the visibility space in the market
- Genuine incentivizing to dealers who got qualified in the scheme.
