Manmeet Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of FirstMeridian Global and Innovsource. He joined FirstMeridian with the vision of building a leading workforce solutions enterprise, and under his leadership, the company has emerged as one of India’s top staffing firms. He brings over Two and a half decades plus experience in workforce strategy, business transformation, and team leadership across industries and geographies.
Before assuming the CEO role, Manmeet played a pivotal part in establishing high-performing teams, driving scalable growth, and championing people-first practices. A recognized thought leader in the staffing sector, he actively shares insights on workforce trends, compliance, and digital enablement, while advocating for long-term career development and associate well-being.
Manmeet also holds key industry leadership roles, including serving as Vice President and Executive Board Member of the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), where he promotes policy reforms and industry recognition. He previously served on the Governing Council of NASSCOM’s IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council and was instrumental in the launch of Future Skills Prime, India’s first digital skills portal for emerging technologies.

Daljeet Singh Gujral is an accomplished HR leader with over 17 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for FirstMeridian Global and Innvosource, a key general staffing arm of FirstMeridian Group. In this role, he drives the HR strategy for one of India’s most dynamic workforce solutions organizations, aligning people practices with business goals to fuel scalable and sustainable growth.
Daljeet oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development. With a sharp understanding of the staffing industry, he has led transformative initiative to enhance organization’s overall productivity, built inclusive and high-retention cultures, and developed programs that accelerate employee growth and capability.
Known for his hands-on leadership and strategic thinking, Daljeet works closely with business leaders to shape agile HR systems that deliver value to both employees and clients. His expertise spans industrial relations, statutory compliance, large-scale workforce planning, and ethical HR governance.
Before joining FirstMeridian, Daljeet held key HR positions at Regal Rexnord India, Jagatjit Industries, and Northwest Carrying Company, where he played instrumental roles in driving industrial harmony, automating compliance frameworks, and leading HR operations across multiple locations.

Chief Finance Officer – FirstMeridian Global & Innovsource
Sanjay Kumar Gupta is a seasoned finance and business professional with an illustrious career spanning over 30 years. His expertise covers a wide range of domains, including Finance & Accounts, Compliance, Legal, Taxation, Administration, and Audits, making him a highly respected and versatile leader in the industry.
For the past 20 years, Mr. Gupta has been a key pillar at V5, where he has played a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s financial strategies. His comprehensive understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks has been instrumental in ensuring compliance, optimizing tax structures, and driving operational excellence.
Under his financial stewardship, V5 has seen significant advancements in internal controls, audit readiness, and administrative infrastructure. Manush Sethi leads sales for Innov and V5 Global under the FirstMeridian Group, with a strategic focus on driving client growth and forging robust partnerships across India.
With over two and a half decades of experience in HR services, staffing, and workforce solutions, Manush possesses a strong foundation in building scalable business models, managing extensive client portfolios, and delivering tailored solutions across diverse industries. His client-centric approach, acute business acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills have been pivotal in solidifying FirstMeridian’s leadership position in India’s dynamic staffing and HR services landscape.
Prior to joining FirstMeridian, Manush held various senior leadership roles within the HR and staffing industry, where he consistently managed P&Ls, led large teams, and navigated complex HR operations successfully.

With over 24+ years of industry experience, Mani plays a key leadership role at V5 Global, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across retail programs, general staffing, and managed services. Over the past 17 years, he has been instrumental in building and scaling a highly successful organic business within the organization.

A Computer Science Engineering graduate and seasoned Techno-Commercial Business Leader, with over 25 years of expertise spanning IT, Mobility, eCommerce, Cloud, and Staffing services. Over the last six years, I have played a pivotal role in driving the transformation journey at FirstMeridian Global Services (backed by Goldman Sachs) as a Senior Vice President, leading the Value Business vertical with a focus on outcome-based managed services across various staffing solutions.
Currently, I am spearheading multiple managed business processes for a leading Cloud Conglomerate, emphasizing outcome-driven objectives that integrate People, Products, Process, and Technology. Passionate about mentorship, I believe in supporting, guiding, and encouraging individuals to grow and improve their skills. This philosophy has led me to actively participate in various organizations and institutes, where I share my experiences with young and bright minds.
Prior to this, I held multiple business leadership roles with HCL, AMD, and Ingram Micro, covering IT Products & Services, Sales & Customer engagement, and Channels & Distribution Management. My enriching experiences include running P&Ls, closing large deals, driving Enterprise Sales, building new businesses and accelerating existing ones, operating in the India and Bangladesh markets, scaling customer relationships, grooming large teams, overseeing Business Operations, and managing Alliances and Channels.
